What happens upon discharge?
Upon discharge from the hospital/facility, a start of care nurse will visit you to evaluate and assess your current needs ensuring the discharge orders are transitioned into your plan of care.

How long will I need therapy?
It’s all dependent on the extent of your injuries and your needs. As you heal and progress therapies will wean until the goal of discharge is met.

What if I need a ramp?
We are able to set up temporary ramps as well as most home modifications to ensure your safe transition home.

Who provides my equipment?
We provide all your equipment. Deliveries are made to the hospital prior to discharge. We also deliver to your home.

What happens after I file an auto claim?
We work closely with your assigned adjuster to determine coverage as it relates to your injuries and care as you transition back home. MI no-fault auto laws can be confusing and we’re your #1 resource to help navigate you through.

What if I need help at home?
We have a dedicated staff to help assist with all daily living activities. Our care givers are trained and certified through our program that establishes safety with confidence in care. All staff are covid-19 certified and adhere to cdc guidelines.
